Community non-tradtitonal Learning Environment. Place for those want learn and pursue skills in the food industry, gain business skills, provide mentorship to at risk youth. We are a community kitchen incubator that keep the community in mind, job skills training program, community services and helping allivate food inscruty with our low income communites in East Texas. We are a stand alone kitchen operation that also teaches familes and children about healthy eating. Provide food services when needed.
