The mission of Yes2jobs is to advance economic opportunity for minority youth from under-resourced communities by turning access into achievement, and potential into lasting prosperity. Yes2jobs empowers these youth to build generational wealth by connecting them to high-growth careers in entertainment/media, technology, e-sports, and finance. We create pathways from career exposure to employment through industry mentorship, personal branding, and paid internships that prepare young people-ages 16 to 24-to thrive in the future workforce. Our mission is simple - economic opportunity, job readiness, and career mobility for minority youth.
