To support and enhance the Library resources of w.h. And edgar j. Magness community house and Library, promote Public use of the Library, preserve and maintain the historic facility within which the Library operates, and support the Library's mission as a vital education resource for reading, knowledge acquisition, cultural enrichment, and community events in warren county specifically and middle tennessee generally.
