Ronin Surgical foundation's mission is to provide a lightwhere light is needed, for those who need it most. Surgicallighting in operatory suites, especially in internationalmarkets, is often inadequate for ideal tissue visualization.this hinders the surgeon's ability to do their best work,which potentially jeopardizes the health and outcomes oftheir patients. The foundation collects new and usedsurgical lighting and distribute such equipment to hospitalsor other organizations providing medical services (domesticor foreign).while improving light is the initial focus of thefoundation, it seeks to more broadly address all aspects ofsurgery that can be measurably improved. The foundation willaccomplish this through several mechanisms in both domesticand foreign markets.the foundation may provide grants or contributions infurtherance of its exempt purposes. Recipient organizationswill be identified by the board of directors.
