To create, form and establish an after school program to benefit young people between the ages 5-14; to provide an environment of high expectations to promote,foster and advance academic achievemen,physical health and good citizenship; to stimulate, encourage, promote and enhance the social and cultural enrichment and to expand the creative horizons of young people through their active participation in the activities of this corporation.
