The mission of the organization is to provide training for law enforcement personnel, licensed professionals, and other care providers so they may effectively identify, intervene and prevent Elder Abuse. The primary purpose of the organization is to provide an annual Conference that educates the attendees so that they may take the information to their communities to carry on the effort against Elder Abuse. The Conference is funded primarily by paid sponsorhsips and the registration fees paid by the attendees.the secondary mission is to educate the public and inform senior adults about the full range of the forms of Elder Abuse so they can identify and protect against Abuse of elders. Workshops are provided to inform the public about the nature and forms of Elder Abuse. These workshops are provided at no cost to the participants.
