To develop and implement a viable end-to-end Cattle disease traceability system which provides tools to manage a disease outbreak, resume commerce after a disease outbreak, and provide opportunities for industry participants to add value throughout the industry. To educate industry participants about the disease traceability system and its benefits. To encourage, make available for, or provide funding and assets to other charitable organizations qualified as tax exempt entities under irc 501(c) (3) which are operated primarily for the purpose of livestock disease traceability.
