To promote and advance the interests of korean-american certificed pubilic accountants within the New Jersey and New York area; to foster a spirit of friendship and benevolence amongst its members; to endeavor to inculcate and maintain high morale amongst it members; to create a networking platform to exchange educational information and knowledge amongst its members; to advance and promote, in word and deed, the spiritual and material welfare of its members; and to do any other act or thing incidental to or connected with the foregoing purposes or in advancement thereof, but not for the pecuniary profit of financial gain of the directors or officers of the corporation.
