To offer a one week camp to coed youth ages 12-14. The camp offers instructors from the pa state police to promote self discipline, team work, and self esteem to the youth; fostering personal and physical self development, good moral character and civic and socal repsonsibility.a better understanding between youth and law enforcement is also encouraged.
