Rice Street Business Association

To provide support for the improvement of Rice Street. To provide support for the improvement to the Rice Street residential and Business community. To sponsor, encourage and assist activities for the improvement and developement of the Rice Street community and businesses. Transact any or all lawful activities for which nonprofit corporations may be incorporated under chapter 414d, hawaii revised statutes, and which are incidental to and to carry out the foregoing purpose, except the borrowing of monies.
