Community Action Partnership of NJ Inc

To provide leadership and support to Community service block grant ("csbg") funded agencies and their members in New Jersey in an effort to reduce poverty, promote self-sufficiency, and build stronger communities; to serve as a liason to the staff and boards of state and federal offices and Community Action partnerships including, but not limited to, the federal office for children and families and the New Jersey department of Community affairs; to provide training and technical support to the staff and boards of member agencies; to advocate on behalf of the members of Community Action Partnership of nj; and to build sustaining member organizations with effective management and a means for member organizations to exchange ideas and information to promote excellence.
