Melissa's Cause has been established in an effort to educate others in regard to a rare disease known as cidp (chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy). While educating many in regard to the disease, any monies raised will be directed to the continued study of cidp as well as assisting local children in need that are currently experiencing difficulties with this disease.
