To establish and operate a corporation for the purpose of encouraging and promoting women in sport as follows: to promote female athletics in all sports; to develop initiatives and campaigns that encourage people to take action and initiative in creating positive change for girls and women in sport; to advertise and promote women's sporting events in an effort to increase awareness and attendance at such sporting events; to establish and foster relationships with professional sports associations, leagues, teams, and any other bodies to assist them in, among other things; to affiliate with, join or enter into arrangements or agreements to carry on any undertaking with or for the benefit of the members of any society, association or other body having objectives similar or complementary to those of the corporation; to CO-operate, liaison and contract with other charitable organizations, institutions or agencies which carry on similar objectives to that of the corporation.
