If Only Foundation Inc

The If Only foundation, inc. ("the foundation") is organized exclusively for charitable, scientific and educational purposes. The purpose of this corporation is: 1) to educate the public on the risk of substance abuse and the dangers of addiction. The foundation will educate the public by hosting public awareness seminars and by producing short films on the subject matter. The foundation will schedule public viewings of the short films to further educate the public on the risk of substance abuse. 2) to accept donations to be allocated solely towards addiction recovery treatment for patients who cannot afford the services. Donations will be used to fund addiction recovery scholarships (I.e. Scholarships). Scholarships will cover a portion of the costs associated with addiction recovery treatment. Scholarships will be awarded based upon applications submitted by individual patients. The board of directors will review the applications and award scholarships based on need and the availabil
