To support sigma phi epsilon fraternity, its undergraduate members, and its Alumni and volunteers, at university of Tennessee, and to promote the ideals and interests of sigma phi epsilon fraternity, all in accordance with the charter, bylaws and administrative policies and procedures of sigma phi epsilon fraternity, inc.
