Wildflower New York Charter School

Wildflower New York Charter School (WNYCS) is a community-based public School that serves Pre-K through grade 5 students and families of culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds in the south Bronx of New York City. The School consists of a cluster of smaller neighborhood-nested schools, each led by one to two 'teacher leaders' who serve as both teacher and administrator. While teacher leaders oversee all aspects of their respective schools, they collaborate across schools in a non-hierarchical CO-leadership model.
