IRC Section 501(c)(3) Purposes-This corporation is organized exclusively for charitable, religious, educational, and scientific purposes, including, for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code. Nu Outlook Global Incorporated purpose is to Reduce the rate of incarceration and recidivism in Ohio and other States, and increase the social, educational and economic opportunities for ex-offenders, persons at risk of being incarcerated, including individuals with disabilities or living with mental illness or substance abuse by offering person-centered basic living, and skill-set training, employment, housing information, referral and supportive services. Conduct research, and outreach initiatives to improve access to information, resources and supportive services available in the community for ex-offenders, those at risk.
