Leslin Healthcare Leadership Foundation Inc

The Leslin Healthcare Leadership foundation aims to address the powerful and emerging trends in the delivery of Healthcare services through innovative solutions for vulnerable populations that include women, people of color and other disenfranchised groups. Together with front-facing staff, patients and community residents can CO-design initiatives that will improve both the workplace and the environments in which they work and live. The work will use research to propel changes in how leaders see themselves and are viewed by others and disrupt the current thinking and create an aspirational mindset to improve the process of Healthcare and delivery.
