Operating exclusively for charitable purposes in accordance with section 501 c (3) of the internal reveneue code of 1986 (or the corresponding provisions of any future United States internal revenue law). More specifically, the corporation provides financial assistance to active members of ibew local 176 and their dependents in times of need due to sickness, injury or financial hardship.
