To provide impact litigation, legal services and advocacy for low-income individuals, address state and local officials' use of Surveillance technologies, address the derivative harms of the foregoing on historically marginalized communities and engage in any other activities that are incidental to the foregoing purposes or may be otherwise necessary or appropriate to more fully accomplish the foregoing purposes.
