The Frumah-Packard Cemetery

To provide the only unaffiliated Jewish Cemetery in central New York. Its members accept for burial those of the Jewish faith who are indigent, or deceased partners/spouses of another faith. The cost of the burials of indigent individuals is absorbed by the Cemetery and the graves are marked by a flat stone marking. Burials: to provide for the burial of members of the Jewish faith and their families by maintaining the Cemetery property in a respectable manner. This activity was initiated when the Cemetery was formed in 1909. This activity is conducted by board members, officers and volunteers.
