E-SPORTS Collegiate Inc

This organization is a college league comprised of students participating in electronic gaming activities with detailed rules and procedures for play and eligibility consisting of university members with teams. The organization goal is to foster national amateur sports competition. The organization will be arranging tournaments and competitions among teams that are fielded by each of the member universities. This organization operates exclusively for the promotion of the common good and general welfare of the college communities and the net earnings are devoted exclusively to charitable, educational, or recreational purposes.
