Collier Community Medical Staff foundation, inc. (the 'foundation') not-for-profit corporation is organized exclusively for charitable, religious, educational, and scientific purposes dedicated the promotion and provision of quality Medical care; the promotion of professional performance; the provision of educational information; initiate and maintain rules and regulations; to collaborate between Medical Staff and hospital administration including for such purpose the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under 501(c)(6) of the internal revenue code, or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code.
