Detroit Indian Womens Association

The purpose of this organization is to provide a platform that supports all inquisitive and aspirational women in developing and enhancing their skills and talent. We want to bring together Indian women as well as women of all age groups from across ethnic backgrounds and industries, to help inspire and empower each other to attain success in their personal and professional life. Our corporation wants to promote, self- development, leadership and entrepreneurship, through educational symposiums, seminars, workshops, tutorials, and scholarship programs. Although, we are a support group for women, we will also take on projects that will benefit men of all ages based on the needs of the community we serve.
