Outdoor recreational areas: Aspire is an innovative outdoor recreation park designed to inspire exploration, personal growth, and community engagement. Officially opened on october 6, 2024, Aspire welcomed over 208,000 visitors during its first three months of operation. The park features 17 multi-use hiking and biking trails accommodating all skill levels, a high- energy bike park with pump track and skills area, and an expansive 6.6-acre wildflower meadow with 22 seasonal bloom varieties. Additional amenities include a boat launch and deck offering non-motorized access to the clinch river, a bark park for off-leash canine recreation, and a custom-designed adventure playground with zones for all age groups. Aspire's facilities are intended to promote health, creativity, environmental appreciation, and community wellness through accessible outdoor experiences.
