LAS Cruces Youth Soccer Association

The corporation is formed exclusively for charitable, educational, and scientific purposes; with specific emphasis (I) to develop, promote , sponsor, and maintain a Youth Soccer program open to all Youth within dona ana county, nm; (ii) to foster national or international sports competition while primarity supporting and developing amateur athletes for national or international competition in sports; and (iii) to utilize such other means and purposes as afforded to corporations established for the purposes permitted pursuant to section 501(c)(3) of United States internal revenue code of 1986.
