Yogi Squad

Stress and anxiety are rising among students, impacting their well-being and ability to learn. Yogi Squad addresses this by equipping kids with mindfulness, movement, and literacy-inspired tools to manage stress, build resilience, and develop self-awareness. Through school partnerships, community outreach, and digital resources, we ensure that mindfulness education is accessible to all. Serving over 12,000 students in 2024 through 485 classes, we collaborate with schools and organizations like Texas Health Community Hope, Near Southside Inc. and Funkytown Mindful Market to provide free wellness programs across Fort Worth. Our vision is to integrate mindfulness into everyday learning, fostering emotional well-being and positive mental health. Looking ahead, we aim to expand our reach through the Mindful Mobile, a wellness studio on wheels, bringing mindfulness and yoga directly to underserved communities.
