To provide relief to communities and persons (including current and future employees of the subsidiaries of vitalmd group holding, llc, and femwell group health, inc.) affected by: (I) natural and other qualified disasters (as that term is defined pursuant to section 139 of the internal revenue code); (ii) personal economic hardship; and (iii) other emergency hardships, including both short and long-term assistance as needed depending on the facts and circumstances.
