Sound Strong's primary exempt purpose is to create an employee emergency assistance program to help employees of and communities tied to its sole member, Sound Inpatient Physicians, Inc. and its affiliated entities to cope with unexpected hardships and disasters that place undue financial hardship on its employees and communities.
