The purpose(s) for which 22ys has been formed is/are to promote the sport of cricket in the community. 22ys will fulfill its objective by any means not prohibited by law, including but not limited to holding any of the following activities: (a)organize children/adult coaching; (b)organize amateur tournament/league matches; these programs will be open to all children and parents that reside within New York state communities. 22ys may, however, expand its operation into other States at any future date should it deem appropriate.
