Mesa Verde Museum Association

The mission of Mesa Verde Museum Association (MVMA) is to be the innovative educational partner that inspires lifelong stewardship of the region's cultural and natural heritage to ensure that Mesa Verde National Park (MVNP) is preserved and protected for the enjoyment and education of current and future generations. From the allocation of aid, the park was able to enhance several programs and initiatives. Tribal engagement efforts were supported through the payment for travel and honorariums for Cultural Demonstrators and tribal consultation meeting participants. Housing and stipends for a Natural Resources intern were made possible with MVMA direct aid support. Night sky programming supplies (including three new telescopes) were purchased with direct aid support to enhance the night sky programming.
