Electra Sporting Club

Operate and maintain Electra lake Sporting Club for the recreation and pleasure of its members. Club must also maintain public use requirements on behalf of federal energy regulatory commission license and public service company of Colorado lease. The club maintains a comprehensive managed recreation plan as part of its lease provisions for use of the property by members and public use. Due to repairs on the dam and inflow pipe work as required by public service CO of Colorado, lake access can be restricted to all users, including members and public/non-members. Effective with this tax year filing, the lake was available and open to all users.
