This Corporation is organized to promote and encourage full participation in the sport of figure Skating by persons in the Colorado SPRINGS, Colorado area regardless of race, sex, religious creed, color, national origin or ancestry; to improve and to advance amateur figure Skating on ice in all of its forms, including compulsory figures, free Skating and ice dancing; to sponsor, to produce or cooperate in conducting competitions in figure Skating; all for the ultimate purpose of supporting, promoting and participating in national and international competitions in connection and conjunction with the rules and general policies and guidelines of US Figure Skating.
