The organization provides handicapped persons, low-income persons, elderly, homeless, potentially homeless, or otherwise disadvantaged persons with Housing facilities and supportive services especially designed to meet their physical, social, and psychological needs, and to promote their health, security, happiness and usefulness in longer living. The organization also conserves and preserves such facilities and the lands and buildings adjacent to them in their historical condition.
