ROCKY Mountain Compensation Association

The association's mission shall be to improve the competence of totalrewards professionals; to raise the standards of performance in all phasesof Compensation administration and management; to provide a forum wherebyhelpful information, suggestions, policies, plans, and ideas can beexchanged; to provide continuing professional development opportunities;and to promote active participation in any movement, as approved by the board of directors or the association as a whole, which will tend toimprove the methods, practices, and laws governing total rewardsadministration.
