The mission of our organization is to provide high quality primary health care to rural northeastern Colorado. We are committed to deliver primary health care with concern, care, and compassion. We acknowledge and respond to the needs of our community. We will deliver health care that encompasses the physical, emotional and spiritual well-being of everyone. To fulfill this mission, we will provide healing, preventive and maintenance health care services. We will be a link and gate keeper to services outside the rural area into the urban areas. We will preserve the dignity of each individual regardless of race, creed, age, gender, or social status. We will strive to achieve and maintain standards of excellence in all aspects of health care delivery.
