The use of the Fitness and Boxing techniques are not only used to teach health, Fitness, and Boxing skills; it is also used to help train youths and adults practical ways to identify and take control of anger emotions; Through the Physical Fitness and Boxing Program participants learn self-discipline, healthy ways to calm their emotions by channeling undesirable energy to positive energy by way of physical Fitness; personal mentoring in group sessions or one-on-one sessions.
