Rochester Careers in Construction Inc

The organization's purpose is (1)to encourage individuals to consider pursuing Careers in Construction (2) conduct information sessions (3) provide educational and technical support and (4)carry on outreach to high schools, community centers and other organizations to inform those entering the job market of the advantages and opportunities of Careers in Construction. It also assists joint labor-management apprenticeship programs in recruiting applicants for skilled trades. It seeks to determine the barriers to entry into the skilled trades and undertake efforts to overcome those barriers.
