Beech Cemetery Association for Endowment Fund and Perpetual Care

The purpose of the organization is to operate exclusively for the Perpetual Care and preservation of the historic Beech Cemetery, which shall include the upkeep and general maintenance of all aspects of the Cemetery and to engage in such activities, exercise such other powers and privileges, take such other actions and carry out such other purposes as may be authorized by the Charter of this organization from Federal income taxation under Section 501(c) (3) of the Code, or (ii) to which contributions are deductible under Section 1701(c)(2) of the Code.
