Mission Statement: The College Scholarship Leadership Access Program CSLAP believes every student can attend and graduate from a College or university. CSLAP served the Rio Grande Valley by providing free after-school College Access services and hosting summer programming to let high school students get ahead in their College-oriented endeavors.
