This Corporation is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes, including such purposes as the making distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code. More particularly, but without limitation, the purpose of this Corporation is to reclaim healthy families by inspiring both adolescents and adults alike to develop their dreams and visions by way of facilitating dialogues, empowerment events, and annual grants
