Our Children Matter

Our Children Matter Corporation is organized and operated exclusively for charitable and educational purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. The organization's exempt purpose is to improve the social, educational, and economic well-being of underrepresented and underserved Children, youth, and families. The corporation fulfills its exempt purpose by providing community based programs and services that address food insecurity, basic needs assistance, educational support, special education resources, youth leadership development, and family stabilization. Services include the distribution of food, clothing, school supplies, and hygiene items, toiletries; educational and behavioral support resources for Children with special needs; youth enrichment and leadership activities; and community outreach and referral services. All activities are conducted to lessen the burdens of government, relieve the poor and distressed, combat community deterioration.
