The corporation was organized to support the provision of decent, safe, sanitary and affordable rental housing for low-to-moderate income persons or families, elderly persons and/or mentally or physically disabled persons by providing property Management Services, asset Management Services, resident Services and other related support Services to owners and operators of qualified affordable rental housing occupied in whole or requisite part by low-to-moderate income persons and families, elderly persons and/or mentally or physically disabled persons, and thereby assist in the social and economic integration of low-to-moderate income persons and families, elderly persons and/or disabled persons, combat community deterioration, lessen neighborhood tensions, eliminate prejudice and discrimination, and lessen the burden of government.
