Society Awards Scholarship foundation inc. (the "organization") plans to offer Scholarship Awards to encourage and support commercial art education in the United States. The organization believes that artists in training deserve support so that their vision may further beautify our world and our daily lives, thereby elevating the human experience and bringing purpose to things that may otherwise feel mundane. In this regard, the Scholarship program furthers the organization's purposes by empowering young adults to learn and grow in their artistic endeavors. Thus, the Scholarship program will further exempt purposes described in section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code. The Scholarship program will be overseen by the organization's board of directors from their respective places of business in the United States. Please see schedule h for a further description of the role of the board and other persons who will conduct the Scholarship program.
