The pay our Interns Action fund is a 501(c)4 advocating for and lobbying for policies and laws that will facilitate the eradication of unpaid internships everywhere. By organizing unpaid Interns and lobbying for line item budgets, we will eliminate status-quo-upholding unpaid internships. We recognize that unpaid internships are unfair and unjust. The system benefits the wealthy and powerful, but the pay our Interns Action fund believes that, by ensuring that all people, everywhere have equitable access to professional career paths, we can create a more equitable, just and fair world.
