Entitled Futures

The Corporation is a nonprofit public benefit corporation and is not organized for the private gain of any person. It is organized under the Nonprofit Corporation Law of California ("California Nonprofit Corporation Law") for public and charitable purposes. The specific purpose of the Corporation shall include without limitation, to advance public school education through fundraising, research and to evolve pedagogy by developing nonprofit partnerships who enhance social impacts on public school communities.
