NORTH Louisiana GROWTH and Development Foundation

This corporation is organized exclusively to promote the GROWTH and Development of businesses with respect to operating NORTH Louisiana GROWTH and Development foundation in NORTH Louisiana. As a means of accomplishing these purposes, the corporation shall have the following objects and purposes but only to the extent that it may engage in these objects and purposes under the provisions of section 501 of the internal revenue code of 1954, as it may hereafter be amended:(1) to operate business accelerator program in NORTH Louisiana.(2) to exercise all such powers and authority as may be necessary for the accomplishment of the objects and purposes hereinabove set forth and to do any and all other services incidental thereto or connected therewith which are not forbidden by law or these articles of incorporation.
