The mission of the organization is to 1) acquire and hold title to property located at 6501 navigation boulevard, Houston, Texas, (project) 2) borrow low-interest rate funds from third-party lenders, 3) lease a portion of the project to upcdc (who shall sublease such portion to txrx to operate or lease as office, retail, and other ancillary uses in furtherance of its stated charitable purposes) and 4) lease the remaining portion of the project to East END Maker HUB sponsor llc, a Texas limited liability company which shall further sublease the facility in accordance with the stated charitable purposes of upcdc and txrx.
