The institute for International CYBER stability was formed in august of 2019 solely to organize, manage and operate an annual, educational conference called the International conference on CYBER engagement ("icce"), which is open to the public devoted to information sharing and raising global awareness to challenges in cyberspace. The icce is organized as a series of forums, consisting of expert panels, discussion groups, and lectures by thought-leaders tasked to share information regarding relevant topics and issues facing the industry generally.
