Amarillo Kart Circuit

The purpose or purposes for which the corporation is formed is solely for charitable and educational purposes including, but not limited to, the following: to support and promote sprint kart racing to children and young adults aged 5 to 18, including driving, mechanical setup and maintenance skills, as well as to promote affordability and accessibility to the sport of sprint kart racing for children and young adults who do not have the financial means to participate. The corporation may engage in any lawful business activities for which non-profit corporations may be organized under the laws of the state of Texas. This non-profit corporation is formed for any lawful purpose or purposes not expressly prohibited under chapters 2 or 22 of the Texas business organizations code, including any purpose described by section 2.002 of the code.
